Our production process is powered by a strong sourcing network spanning across Turkey, enabling us to offer a wide range of fabric qualities including jacquard, sustainable, and organic materials. In collaboration with our experienced fabric sourcing team, we constantly provide new print ideas to our clients, contributing to their product development initiatives. While our main production focus is on jersey products, we are flexible in catering to the specific needs of our clients, including jersey/woven mix products.

At our state-of-the-art knitting facility, we have a production capacity of 200 tons per month, and we specialize in producing organic and sustainable fabrics in various qualities. We prioritize fast and accurate deliveries, high-quality performance, competitive prices, effective product development, and transparent communication to add value to our clients’ supply chain. To ensure the best products for our clients, we have implemented rigorous quality control measures at every step of our production process.

Today, we deliver our expertise across various segments including womenswear, menswear, and childrenswear, catering to diverse customer requirements.

All our production facilities are certified with one or more of the following internationally recognized certificates: BSCI, SEDEX, SMETA, and GOTS.

Knitting Facility

State-of-the-Art Knitting for Superior Fabric Quality

Our knitting facility, located in Istanbul, has been a leading producer of raw fabrics for export for over 20 years. Equipped with cutting-edge machines, we are capable of producing a wide range of fabric types including interlock, single jersey, 2 PLY, and 3 PLY sweat fabrics. With a monthly capacity of approximately 200 tons, our facility operates 24/7 throughout the year to meet customer demands.

As part of our commitment to quality, we have established a dedicated quality control department that ensures the lowest possible fabric fail rate. Every order of raw materials undergoes meticulous testing with a roll of fabric before proceeding to bulk production. We place high importance on meeting our clients’ specifications in terms of quality, GSM, fabric width, and handfeel. Our fabrics are produced using the best materials to prevent shrinkage, spirality, and pilling in the finished products. Furthermore, our garments undergo comprehensive testing in certified laboratories to ensure they meet our clients’ expectations.

Cutting Facility

Precision Cutting for Impeccable Garments

At our fully integrated factory, garments go through a cutting process utilizing the latest cutter machine technology. Before cutting bulk productions, our pattern designer tests the fabrics at each step of the production process to ensure precise cutting and prevent any deviations in the patterns.

Sewing Facility

Customized Production with BSCI & SEDEX Certified Manufacturing

With our expertise in producing fashion-forward garments, we understand the expectations of our clients and strive to deliver high-quality goods. Our main sewing facility is certified with BSCI and SEDEX certificates, reflecting our commitment to social compliance and responsible manufacturing practices. We are flexible in integrating our sewing facilities based on the specific requirements of each order, be it the type of product or the quantity needed.

Located near our office, our integrated sewing facility spans over 4000 m2 and employs 250 skilled workers. With a monthly production capacity of up to 300,000 pieces, our sewing facility is optimized for smooth operations and maximum productivity. Drawing on our extensive experience of over 20 years in garment production, we adhere to strict quality control measures. Each production batch is subjected to a “pilot” production run, where 2-3% of the bulk order is meticulously inspected to identify and rectify any inaccuracies.

Iron/Packing Department

Our ironing and packing department is located adjacent to our sewing facility, ensuring that all garments undergo meticulous trimming and quality inspection before they are carefully ironed and packed for shipment. We understand the importance of flawless presentation for our clients’ products, and our experienced team pays close attention to every detail to ensure that the garments are perfectly finished before they are packed.
